About Us

From my first day of work at 16, selling musical windmills, pub mirrors and crinoline figures on the Clacton seafront, I have been involved in sales. Through my twenties, I sold advertising, insurance, scaffolding, double glazing, beer, mortgages… the list goes on.

I entered the world of publishing in the early 90’s and was instrumental in the launch of the in-flight magazines for EasyJet, Ryanair and Virgin Express. Other publications I launched included the membership magazine for the former national gym chain, LA Fitness.

Having sold my publishing business, I moved back to Colchester and joined the Institute of Customer Service as a Business Development Manager. Here I worked with local and national businesses, helping them to improve customer service and to empower customer facing staff with qualifications.

You could say that customer service has always been my calling. I feel very strongly that it is this aspect of selling that sets individuals apart. I have now brought the skills I have learnt, and the hunger I have for selling in the right way, to residential sales and lettings. I am determined to be just as successful selling in the property market as I have in all other areas of my career.

I currently live in Colchester with my wife Zoe. We have three children - Hudson, Arianna and Olivia - and a labrador, Jackson.

I have always been an individual that is motivated and ambitious. My goal is always to progress and continue to learn with the help of those around me. Customer interaction and service is a big part of my role, and I will always strive to be seen as confident and knowledgeable in this area.

My organisational skills are an asset in a number of different areas, from managing diaries on behalf of my colleagues, to arranging visits from contractors as and when the work is necessary. I am enjoying my time in property, and hope to continue growing with the business as we add to our sites across Essex and beyond.

Let me start by saying that I am not an estate agent, or at least not what you might perceive one to be. I’m an all-things-property-related guru. My goal isn’t to turn and burn properties. My goal is to offer you a completely bespoke and seamless service that includes all aspects of the real estate experience, not simply the sale of your home.

My journey into property wasn’t straightforward, but it began with my parents buying and selling properties from the time I was 10. I earned my Real Estate license after university when I was 23 in Atlanta, but the opportunity of a backpacking trip around the globe stole my heart.

My International Business and Marketing Degree served me well after traveling when I worked for a multi-national company and lived in various places around the world. When I became a Mom it was time to slow down, settle down and take in the simple (and stressful) pleasures of parenting. I began to teach Pilates from a studio I built which allowed me to be present for my son and to be present in my community.

2020 changed the face of so many things, including my business and my priorities as soon as I had decided to move into a new field, the old one came back calling.

I love working in the property market because for me it’s about people more than anything else. It’s about building and nurturing relationships, not portfolios. It’s about supporting and growing our communities.

My job isn’t to merely sell your house. My job is full service for you; completely bespoke. Do you need a reputable mortgage broker? I can help. My interest in property stretches all the way back to my childhood in Essex when I recall having regular conversations about property prices with my mum, who worked at a nearby estate agent.

Fast forward 30+ years and I find myself still here in Essex but now as a homeowner, landlord and a working professional in the property world.

I have lived happily in Hutton since 2006, love the area and now want to help local residents and landlords fulfil their property dreams - whether that be getting a great deal on their property, helping them locate their next home or by finding suitable tenants for an empty Buy-To-Let.
